Sending cold outreach from an unwarmed mailbox on a new domain will land in spam and damage the domain's
reputation for months. Apollo's built-in mailwarming service will simulate normal mailbox traffic for
~14–21 days to build a sending reputation. We will not send a single outreach email until warmup
completes the open / reply / bounce thresholds.
